Johnson, Trump, Conservatives, and Debt Ceilings…

Thanks to the #Fillibuster it’s not likely this will happen. If a senator raises a “Byrd Rule point of order” and the provision is deemed ineligible, it can be removed from the bill unless 60 senators vote to waive the point of order.
